We have a large variety of machinery so we are able to offer a variety of machining services like CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, hobbing and EDM. With tolerances as low as +/- .001” and a rapid lead time as low as 2 days depending on quantity.
All pieces are machined and finished in-house in Wisconsin to ensure consistent, reliable manufacturing. Whether you need a single part for a prototype or 35,000 for a production run, you will receive precise machining for any order size.
High-Volume CNC Production Services
High volume orders are no issue for JTM. With our rapid lead time and tolerances as tight as +/- 0.001”, you won’t be able to find a better or more reliable machining shop. We are able to fulfill both single and recurring production runs ranging anywhere from 50 to 75,000 parts per month without any sacrifice in quality or speed. Few CNC machining shops are able to compete with the speed, quality and pricing for high-volume orders at JTM.
